**Up to 12 Hours on the Wedding Day, which includes set up, and tear down on the day of. *Must be cleaned up and finished no later than 11:00pm *2-Hour Rehearsal Time the week of the wedding as agreed upon between all parties *Rehearsal Dinner Space in our Picnic Area for gathering, following the rehearsal if requested. (You provide meal) *Use of Amphitheater with Parking Lot for Guests including several Handicap Spaces. Use of the Outdoor Events Center for a more intimate ceremony space if you choose or the Amphitheater.  *Bonfire (Weather Permitting) **2-3 PCHS Team Members available on-site in and out throughout the day *Outdoor Restroom Area and Trash Containers **Covered Tent or Pavilion, Tables, Chairs, Linens are Included, Tent Permit if needed, Lighting inside for reception for up to 250 guests. *Use of Education Building for Storage, Food Serving, Ice Chest, and Refrigerator. Total Cost: $4933.50 plus a $250.00 Refundable Security Deposit

To book your event, we require a non-refundable retainer down of $1,750.00, then you can make payments for the balance.
